BY ENTERING INTO THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES, INCLUDING ALL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS, AND YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THE RESULTS OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, AS DETERMINED BY SPONSOR AND ITS AGENTS, ARE FINAL IN ALL RESPECTS.  

1. Sponsor

The Summer Branson Getaway Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by World Choice Investments, LLC (“Sponsor” or “WCI”), located at 3849 Parkway. Pigeon Forge, TN 37863.
This Sweepstakes is promoted in partnership with:
•    Cavender’s PFI 
•    Dolly Parton’s Stampede Branson 
•    Titanic Museum Attraction Branson 
The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or any social media platform.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Central Time (“CT”) on June 15, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on July 31, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted during the first week of August 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) of Sponsor, participating promotional partners and each of their subsidiaries and affiliates, as well as persons living in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
As a condition of your acceptance of the Sweepstakes prize, you will be required to execute several documents including an Affidavit of Eligibility.  Failure to execute all documents requested by Sponsor will result in forfeiture of the prize.

4. How to Enter

A. Digital Entry

Eligible individuals may enter by scanning the official Sweepstakes QR code and completing the entry form on the designated Sweepstakes landing page during the Sweepstakes Period.


B. Physical Entry

Eligible individuals may also enter by completing an official paper entry form available at participating promotional locations.

C. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Purchasing products, services, tickets, or lodging does not improve chances of winning.
Limit one (1) entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry.
Multiple entries beyond the stated limit, automated entries, or entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive the following prize package with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $1,381:

    • Two (2)-night hotel stay provided through Thousand Hills Hotel (Approximate Value: $338)
    • Four (4) tickets to Dolly Parton’s Stampede Branson (Approximate Value: $355)
    • Four (4) tickets to Titanic Museum Attraction Branson (Approximate Value: $188)
    • One (1) $500 Cavender’s PFI gift certificate

Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,381.

Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Winner is responsible for all expenses not specifically stated herein, including but not limited to transportation, meals, gratuities, incidentals, and personal expenses.

Hotel accommodation and attraction tickets are subject to availability and any restrictions imposed by the providers.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor from among all eligible entries received.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information provided at entry. If the potential winner:

    • cannot be contacted,

    • fails to respond within seven (7) days,

    • is found to be ineligible, or

    • fails to complete required documents,

Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding all matters related to the Sweepstakes are final and binding.

7. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance and use.

If required by applicable law, Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner for the fair market value of the prize.

The winner agrees to provide all tax information reasonably requested by Sponsor.

8. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor and promotional partners to use winner’s name, likeness, city/state, and prize information for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes in any media without additional compensation or notice.

9. Data Collection and Marketing Communications

By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that their information may be collected and shared among Sponsor and participating promotional partners, including Cavender’s PFI, for marketing and promotional purposes in accordance with applicable law.

Paper entries received by participating locations may be shared with WCI for Sweepstakes administration.

Digital entries submitted through the Sweepstakes landing page may also be shared with participating promotional partners.

Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in such communications.

Sponsor will use entrant information in accordance with its privacy practices and applicable law.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules.

Released Parties are not responsible for:

    • lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, or undelivered entries;

    • technical failures of any kind;

    • unauthorized human intervention;

    • printing or typographical errors; or

injury or damage resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of any prize.  

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Cavender’s PFI, Dolly Parton’s Stampede Branson, Titanic Museum Attraction Branson, Thousand Hills Hotel, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

The winner will be required to execute a written release agreement prior to the prize being awarded 

12. Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that:

    • any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action;

    • any claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes; and

    • under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain attorneys’ fees or punitive damages.

This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri without regard to conflict of law principles. 

13. Winner List

To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope no later than ninety (90) days after the Sweepstakes ends to:
