1. WELCOME
World Choice Investments, LLC is pleased to offer access to the websites dpstampede.com, piratesvoyage.com, and dinnershowtickets.com (collectively, the “Sites”). These Sites are owned and operated by World Choice Investments, LLC and its affiliated companies (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using any of our Sites, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”), our Privacy Policy, and any applicable supplemental terms.
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SITES, MAKING PURCHASES, OR CREATING AN ACCOUNT, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU ARE OF LEGAL AGE AND ACCEPT THESE TERMS IN FULL.
2. OVERVIEW
(a) General Use
You may purchase tickets for Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirates Voyage, and Smoky Mountain Dinner Show ("Events"), shop for merchandise, review content, subscribe to newsletters, and communicate with us via the Sites.
(b) Registration
Creating an account (“Account”) requires a valid email address and password. You are responsible for all activity under your Account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Accounts at our discretion.
3. PURCHASES
To make purchases, you must provide accurate personal and payment information. Payments are processed securely via ProVenue and governed by their terms: https://provenue.tickets.com/company/about/privacy-policy. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful transactions and shipments.
4. FINAL SALES & RISK OF LOSS
All ticket and merchandise sales are final. Risk of loss transfers to you once merchandise is handed to the shipping carrier. Claims for lost or damaged packages must be submitted to the carrier.
5. EVENT CHANGES & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
(a) Changes
We may cancel, postpone, or reschedule Events. We will notify you via the contact information provided during purchase. Any rescheduling or refund terms will be outlined in the event-specific notice.
(b) Risk
Attendance at Events includes inherent risks (e.g., live animals, physical performances). You voluntarily assume all risks and release us and our affiliates from liability for any resulting injury or loss.
6. PROMOTIONS
Participation in promotions or contests may require registration and agreement to additional terms. All promotions are void where prohibited by law.
7. LICENSE & USE RESTRICTIONS
(a) Sites
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Sites for personal, non-commercial use.
(b) Your Content
By submitting content via the Sites, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for operational and promotional purposes. You warrant that you have rights to the content you submit.
(c) Event Rules
You must comply with all posted rules for Events. We reserve the right to deny or revoke admission without refund for noncompliance or inappropriate conduct.
(d) Site Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload our Sites
- Use bots or scrapers
- Transmit viruses or harmful code
- Post unlawful or offensive content
- Violate any laws in connection with your use of the Sites
Violation may result in account termination and legal action.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Sites, including logos, text, graphics, and software (“Our Content”) is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce Our Content without written permission.
9. HEALTH WARNING
Use of our Sites or attendance at Events may expose you to light flashes or physical effects. If you experience symptoms like dizziness or disorientation, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician.
10. ACCESSIBILITY
We follow WCAG 2.1 standards and are committed to digital accessibility. Features include:

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SITES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions of implied warranties, so these exclusions may not apply to you.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITES OR ATTENDANCE AT EVENTS.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless World Choice Investments, LLC and its affiliates from claims arising from your use of the Sites, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of third-party rights.
14. TERMINATION
You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate your access at our discretion. Sections 6(b)-(c), 7–13, 19–22 will survive termination.
15. MODIFICATIONS
We may modify this Agreement at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the Sites. Your continued use of the Sites constitutes acceptance. Last updated date is at the top of this page.
16. PRIVACY
We collect and process your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This includes disclosures under CPRA (California), GDPR (EU), and other applicable laws.
17. MINORS
We do not knowingly collect data from minors under 13. If you are a minor under the age of majority, a parent or guardian must consent to your use of the Sites and assume responsibility for your actions.
18. COMMUNICATIONS
By providing your contact information, you agree to receive transactional and promotional communications. You may opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting family@dpstampede.com.
19. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
(a) Binding Arbitration
All disputes shall be resolved through confidential, binding arbitration in Knoxville, Tennessee, under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules. This agreement waives your right to class actions and jury trials.
ANY CLAIM MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR.
20. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect. Headings are for convenience and have no legal meaning.
21. NON-WAIVER
Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
22. ASSIGNMENT
We may assign our rights and obligations under this Agreement without notice or restriction.
