Senior Day at Stampede features Health & Wellness Fair and guest speaker, Leanne Morgan
Dolly Parton’s Stampede hosts Senior Day on, Sept. 18. with guest speaker Leanne Morgan, a nationally-known comedian from Knoxville. At a discounted rate of $37.62, which includes tax and gratuity, seniors have access to the Health and Wellness Fair, the Saloon Show featuring Mountain Ruckus and Stampede’s show and four-course feast.
Senior Day begins at 11 a.m. with a Health and Wellness Fair featuring a variety of complimentary health screenings including carotid artery, allergy and bone density screenings, information for seniors and their families on strokes, audiology, breast health/mammography and low-dose lung screening.
Information from more than 30 organizations and area activities of interest to the general public – especially seniors – and numerous door prizes also are available at the event. Popular Stampede emcee Jay Teter hosts the Health and Wellness Fair.

Comedian Leanne Morgan
Leanne Morgan combines her southern charm with hilarious storytelling in her stand-up comedy, relating to audiences with her funny stories about family, children and her adventures as a mom. Having appeared on ABC’s The View, Dr.Phil, and even ranking as a finalist on Nick at Nite’s Funniest Mom, Leanne takes her audience on a journey through motherhood as she finds comedy amidst all of the chaos.

Dolly Parton’s Stampede celebrates the American spirit with a world-class performance led by dozens of top-notch riders and 32 magnificent horses performing daring feats of trick riding, spectacular showmanship, and rousing musical numbers. The other star of the show is a fabulous four-course feast featuring Stampede’s Original Creamy Vegetable Soup, hot homemade biscuit, tender whole rotisserie chicken, hickory smoked barbeque pork loin, buttery corn on the cob, herb-basted potato and the dinner show’s signature dessert.
